We know that visiting the dentist can be a big experience for some children, particularly children with additional needs. Mind Body Teeth is a special needs focused dental practice specialising in complex care. Our team takes the time to get to know each child, understand what makes them comfortable and work with families to support their individual oral health needs. Best of all, your child can have their dental visit right here at school, in a familiar environment where they
feel happy, comfortable and safe. You can refer your child online by filling out the form below.
Student registration
Please fill in the form and select Register and Pay. The fee is $150.
If you child is entitled for the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Scheme (CDBS) you can claim through Medicare Express or your myGov app.
Once registration is complete our team will contact you to confirm your child's appointment.
